COMMISSIONING
For each of the Commissioning Services below, Bes-Tech works with local utility providers, regulatory groups or other entities to ensure any potential rebates or incentives are applied appropriately.

RCx typically focuses on energy-using mechanical equipment as well as lighting and related controls. Bes-Tech is usually able to optimize existing system performance, rather than relying on major equipment replacement, typically resulting in improved indoor air quality, comfort, controls, energy and resource efficiency. Usually RCx includes an assessment of the entire building incorporating a study of past utility bills and interviews with facility personnel. After those have been done, diagnostic monitoring and functional tests of building systems are executed and analyzed. Building systems are then retested and re-monitored to fine-tune improvements. This process helps find and repair operational problems.
The identification and findings of relevant complex problems are presented to the owner as well. A final report, retro-commissioning plan and schedule are then given to the owner. Bes-Tech ensures this process is seamless and as transparent as possible to end-users.

Re-Commissioning
New Building Commissioning is designed to ensure optimal operation of major systems when they are first installed. However, buildings change over time for a variety of reasons. Retro-Commissioning
