Executive Sales Director

The Executive Sales Director promotes the sale of products / solutions / services by targeting and calling on regional chosen vertical markets, multi-location corporate accounts, channel partners and local energy companies.  Must be able to manage and communicate at all levels within the customer environment influencing decision makers within the “C” suite down through technical and service. Expected to mobilize and leverage resources in the selling and implementation efforts and maintain data relating to forecasts, budgets and operating plans for customers and sales channels. This is a sales role that will be supported by the appropriate technical resources in the selling cycle and implementation process. This position is located at Bes-Tech’s home office in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading commercial activities to drive Digi-RTU® and Digi-CRAC® to the markets
  • Recruit and develop nationwide channel partner network for Bes-Tech smart devices, solutions and services
  • Identify and engage channel partners on national account development
  • Coordinate engineering and technical support for equipment installations
  • Ensure channel partner and end customer satisfaction from shipment to installation
  • Manage day to day profit and loss on each account assigned
  • Manage pipeline and timely reporting on assigned accounts in terms of prospecting, sales and post-sales follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed sales plans and targets
  • Primary areas of focus: data centers and telecommunication facilities, national chains, corporate accounts

 

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and after-market equipment sales experience (certifications in this area are a plus)
  • Three years or more sales experience in building automation, HVAC, or energy sustainability technology
  • Sales experiences for data centers and telecommunication facilities are preferred.
  • Fully motivated, continue learning innovative and new technologies
  • Prior successful sales experience selling at the “C” suite level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of project management practices
  • Having operated in a matrix environment
  • Ability to travel 60%+ of the time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
