PMC-VWL-1 Controller
The PMC-VWL-1 controller is a configurable, application specific controller designed to provide direct digital control for a variable water chilled water system. The controller offers optimal controls to primary loop chilled water supply temperature set point, secondary loop chilled water supply temperature, circulation pump speed, condensing water loop temperature and cooling tower fan speed.
The PMC-VWL-1 controller is equipped with the ARM9 processor. The high performance ARM9 processor allows the controller to fast and reliably realize the aforementioned complex functions.
The controller can operate as a stand-alone device or as part of a building automation system. It is a BACnet compliant that integrates seamlessly with BACnet MS/TP LAN. The PMC-VWL-1 is also a versatile controller that can easily communicate with Ethernet LAN as well with its built-in Ethernet communication interface, which can be visited or monitored online by inputting the IP address.
It’s sufficient universal 12-bit software configurable inputs support thermistor, RTD temperature sensors and 4-20mA or 0-10VDC digital signals from various transducers.
Its large LCD panel offers friendly interaction and intuitive access between the controller and the operators of different level to realize some common control to equipment and controller configuration.
The controller features distinguished historic data storage and upload system. The data can be trended by using a LCD or a laptop. The USB port of the PMC-VWL-1 allows operators and field engineers to obtain the historic data easily by plugging a USB storage device.
