  • Work with Engineering Director to develop and execute project plan
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges
  • Lead customer/contractor meetings and resolve customer and management project issues
  • Manage junior engineers and coordinate with contractors to complete projects on time and within required budget guidelines
  • QC responsibility and follow up for all project deliverables through project closure
  • Perform HVAC system walk-throughs with subcontractors
  • Write technical reports
  • Work with the Engineering Director to develop project proposals
  • Develop preliminary project budgets
  • Develop engineering solutions and provide technical analysis on all projects
  • Perform commissioning and optimization of HVAC systems
  • Adjust the operational settings of HVAC systems and modify or implement control sequences through building automation systems
  • Diagnose and trouble-shoot HVAC components
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 40% and spend up to one week on project sites



US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency Permit Holder Required (Applications without this requirement will not be considered)

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or building automation control related)

PE/EIT registration is highly desirable

A minimum of 5+ years’ experience required in HVAC, building automation system or related field/work, with a preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a lead engineer or project engineer/manager

Proficiency in technical writing and documentation

Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required

Hands-on experience with at least one building automation system (Tridium, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, ALC, Trane, TAC, etc…) is highly desirable

Experience in building energy modeling, simulation, and data analysis is a plus

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required

Exemplify customer service excellence

Direct Experience in:

HVAC system design and operation

Building commissioning and energy auditing

Mechanical/electrical installation & construction management

Operation of chillers, boilers, chilled & hot water distribution systems, air-handling units, VAV terminal boxes, and other HVAC equipment

Instrumentation and control systems

Supervision of staff engineers
