Bes-Tech, a leading innovator in advanced control systems, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director or Vice President of Marketing and Sales to drive business growth and establish strategic partnerships with major customers.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to position our P&P Controller and PSP Control Systems as top-tier solutions for large enterprises such as Walmart, Amazon, Verizon, and other key players.
• Establishing and expanding partnerships with major HVAC equipment manufacturers, showcasing the value of integrating our controllers into their equipment.
• Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers across industries to secure long-term business opportunities.
• Leading the development of marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or industrial solutions.
• Extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and building relationships with large-scale enterprises.
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems and related control technologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
